It's not necessary to import CSVs into Amazon Channel because we use your Shopify product data as the source of truth. Hence, uploading CSV files should be done in Shopify (either to standard fields like price, name, description or to custom fields like Amazon_price, Amazon_bullet_1).

Once in Shopify, Amazon Channel can sync the data with your Amazon listings (after configuring in one of our 3 listing modes)
