No. Amazon Channel by Codisto doesn't support FBA for Shopify web orders but it does support FBA for Amazon orders (where inventory is not decremented in Shopify when an Amazon sale is made). You can choose if these Amazon orders are sent to Shopify or not (for reporting/accounting purposes).
