Costs
Amazon Professional Seller Account fee: around cUSD$40/month (but you save paying $USD0.99c per sale).
Amazon 'referral' (commission) fee: 8-15% depending on category and Amazon site, see links above.
Codisto fee: Amazon Sales channel by Codisto is free so long as you don’t exceed 50 Amazon orders per month. Paid plans are required for over 50 orders/month.
