No, only one Amazon Sales Channel app can be operated at a time. 

If you want to use Amazon by Codisto please disconnect or uninstall any other existing Amazon Channel apps first. 

Good news:  Your existing listings are not lost, you can re-link them in Amazon By Codisto.

Please note: If you do not disconnect or uninstall the conflicting app first, you will have multiple solutions struggling for control of Amazon listings as well as potentially duplicating Amazon orders being sent to Shopify.
